We are an IS/ISO Certified company. This accreditation means that we subscribe to a number of quality management principles, customer focus, leadership and mutually beneficial supplier relationship.


Quality policy:

Ltd., wish to be world class in International Logistics services including but not limited to “International Freight Forwarding, Custom Broking and Transportation” offerings in the industry by addressing and acting upon risks & opportunities and by Continually improving the Quality management processes and Services by understanding customer’s needs and expectations and Try to exceed their expectation by ensuring timely delivery and quality service by involving employees at all levels.”

The above policy is reviewed regularly by the Management Representative of the company, to ensure its effectiveness and to sustain continuous improvement. Procedures are documented for each of our customer’s operations to ensure that consistency and quality are maintained. These operations are further supported by the company’s quality procedures, and any regulatory or statutory requirements are considered. Our Quality Management System is audited internally and certified by an external body, meets the requirements of BIS IS/ISO QMS standards The responsibilities for which rests with the Management Representative. Our team ensures that our quality policy and objectives are understood, implemented and maintained within our business.
